Christy
Butler is the director of the children’s ministry at First Baptist
Church of Denton. For two weeks, she planned activities for the 30 or so
children who were evacuated from New Orleans. During her solitary drive
home at the end of the day, she often found herself in tears. “These
babies have been through so much,” she recalls thinking, her eyes
misting again. |
